Filter event log table on event log types

Description

To have a filter system based on event logs type, we should add an intuitive way to select those filter.

A first solution is to add checkboxes corresponding to the event types.

We want to have different scope of filter, which will merge event types (Rule events means, add, delete or modify rule)
