(ex PT/ Technique)Apache 2 HTTP Server: The module installation is not functionnal

Description
Due to error in the PT/Technique, the modules are not correctly installed by the technique Apache 2 HTTP Server : it tries to install first the modules ${apache_module}
We need to corret that, and have correct informations on when the module installation worked or not
