Description

Currently, our .deb packages depend on other Rudder components with exactly the same version. That is, rudder-server-root 2.4.0 requires rudder-agent 2.4.0, 2.4.1 or 2.3.9 won't do.

However, our RPM packages have no such version dependency - rudder-server-root*.rpm requires rudder-agent in any version. This is clearly not sufficient, and may cause trouble while upgrading... We should depend on exact versions here, too.
