When disabling/deleting a directive, and ommiting the change message that is mandatory, the popup gets stuck in invalid state

Description

When the change message is mandatory, and we are deleting or disabling a directive, and we omit the change message, and press "save", no error message appears and the popup get stuck
The only way to be able to disable or delete it is to reload the page
