Display sections in Directives form based on variable values

Description
We need to have sections that would be displayed based on values of variables in the forms.
Example : display the section "permissions" if the checkbox "enforce permissions" is set
Ideally, we would be able to do advanced manipulations, such as auto-filling sections, having sections that appears or disapears based on values, etc etc
