When we are looking for the details of a Technique, we really want to be able to:
- see the metadata.xml file view by Rudder;
- also see the templates file content (as seen by Rudder);
- and that for each version of the Technique (so we need to be able to switch between them).

What's happening here? This feature doesn't seem to have had any functional review, yet it's already merged in, outside of the merge window. There may be a good reason for taking such a shortcut to our processes, but please explain it here.
