Add a patch in CFEngine 3.4.4 from Pull Request of CFEngine repository
Description
We should include a patch from a Pull Request of CFEngine repository: https://github.com/cfengine/core/pull/540
The patch is in attachement.
Clarification added 2013/05/05: this patch is a backport of commit https://github.com/cfengine/core/commit/220782476c1d682767ea4c8ff878c5f22c9f06c5 merged into CFEngine git master branch (future 3.5.x releases). The pull request mentioned above was not accepted for backporting into 3.4.x branch on the basis it does not fix a critical bug.
