Techniques not reloaded when upgrading rudder 2.5 to 2.6 on SLES11

A report on the common rule throw an error on 2.6 (not on 2.5)

here is the error log :

Can't stat /opt/rudder/sbin/cf-report in files.copyfrom promise
Can't stat /opt/rudder/sbin/cf-key in files.copyfrom promise

Technique are successfuly updated in configuration-repository but the upgrade script didnt succeed to reload the technique library.
