When a rule has inconsistancy errors, pop-up are broken

Description

When a rule has an inconsistency error (missing Directive in backend, for example), i.e when it's summary line is full a big red ERROR message, all update-related pop-up are broken.

The problem is that the pop-up try to display non existing columns in that case.
