It would be great to archive reports on another database (or even another server)

Description

The archived reports are not very useful in Rudder, but they are for storing; and some users may want to store them for ever
it would be great to be able to archive them on another database or another server; so we'll need a new property in the config file, and have a new jdbc connection for it

I guess it would not be hard to implement.
