Screen "Configuration Policy>Directives": The buttons are ugly (not rounded)

Description
When displaying a directive, the button are not rounded
When save/updating a directive, the tree is not refreshed
Happen on master (tested on rudder-snapshot-2.7)
- Status changed from New to 8
- Assignee set to François ARMAND
- Priority changed from N/A to 1 (highest)
- Target version changed from 2.7.0~beta1 to 2.5.5
Happen since 2.5, with the update of JQuery.
It seems linked to the execution order of "make these button jquery ones" and "change state of the jquery button". The second must alway be second.
That bug revealed other bug on the enable/disable action of search and save submit buttons in the search and group screens. Now, they should be corrected.
