Description
On Api Account, there is no ID, only a display name that can change; so we can't link eventlogs to Api Account
We need to rename the name to name, and create an id that won't change over time

Now we have an ID for the api account (to allow for tracability), and we store in the eventlog for the principal REST Account: "account.name" (account id)
