Technique "Package management for RHEL / CentOS / SuSE / RPM systems: Options could be clearer

Description
We could:
- Hide advanced options by default
- Place advanced options at the bottom
Improve docs
- Target version changed from 2.4.8 to 2.6.4
Actually, this requires the "hide sections" feature from Rudder 2.6, so retargeting.
