in the directives screen, the last changes messages should be displayed

Description
In the directive screen, when you look at the details of a directive, you expect to find in the display following informations:
- when was made the last change ?
- what was the last change message ?
- who did the last change ?
- when was the directive disabled/enabled ?
- what was the last activation state change message ?
- who did the last activation state change ?
For now, when you save, enable or disable directive, you fill in a log message that is not displayed in the screen anymore.
This message should be displayed somewhere in the screen.
Maybe have the ability to look at the full history of the directive also.
