Database maintenance chapter doesn't mention automatic archiving

Description

The chapter http://www.rudder-project.org/rudder-doc-2.7/rudder-doc.html#_database_maintenance doesn't mentoin anything about our automatic archiving system.

It should explain what it does, why this is necessary, and provide advice for how long to keep reports, and explain how to configure this.

Also, please add at the same time a mention and a link to this chapter in the intro of http://www.rudder-project.org/rudder-doc-2.7/rudder-doc.html#_install_rudder_server, where the pgsql partitoin is mentioned, something like "See chapter "Datbase maintenance" for an approach to limit this growth".
