Description

We need to update API documentation to add the new change request API

There is 5 functions to document :

[GET] /api/3/changeRequests => List all CRs
[GET] /api/3/changeRequests/id => CR Details
[POST] /api/3/changeRequests/id => Upgrade CR information
[DELETE] /api/3/changeRequests/id => Decline a change Request
[POST] /api/3/changeRequests/id/accept => Accept a change request
