Description

When an inventory fails it stays in /var/rudder/inventories/incoming, preventing the node send a new file.

In 2.8.0, see #3139, failing inventories will be sent to another directory (/var/rudder/inventories/failed), but for older release, we have to remove the faulty inventory from /incoming

We have to add a paragraph about this behavior.
