Description

We want to add categories of rules (like categories of group).

The categories will be displayed in a tree, but contrary to the group screen, we will keep a simplified grid display for rules. So clicking a category will filter the grid to only display rules of that category (and potentially sub-categories).

The simplified Rule grid only contains the following column: name, status, category, compliance, edit.

A prosed UI mock-up will be added.
