User story #3889: Configure node-server communication security options from administration web interface
Add "DENYBADCLOCKS" and "SKIPIDENTIFY" system variable specification
Description
- add a "DENYBADCLOCKS" system variable, a Boolean, unique variable defaulting to true.
- add a "SKIPIDENTIFY" system variable, a Boolean, unique variable defaulting to false.
That ticket should target CF-Clerk but it's not possible due to limitation of redmine.
