Description
Disabled Rules are displayed the same as other Rules except for one field, that has a very dark gray. This doesn't show up well. In comparaison, disabled Directives are easy to see.
Let me show you, these are 2 Rules, one enabled then one disabled:
And a couple of Directives, one enabled then one disabled:
This ticket is to make the display of disabled Rules use the same grey as disables Directives, and have the style (grey + italic) applied to the whole line.
