Selected Rule category is lost when a Rule is modified

Description
hen creating/updating a Rule, the Rule category tree is reset =>
The selected categor is lost and the root category is selected.
This behavior should be changed to an expected behavior =>
- Selected Rule category should be kept
- Selected Rule category should be changed to the category of the selected Rule
- Description updated (diff)
- Category set to Web - Config management
- Assignee set to Vincent MEMBRÉ
- Target version set to 2.9.0~rc2
- Description updated (diff)
- Priority changed from N/A to 1 (highest)
- Status changed from New to Pending technical review
- Assignee changed from Vincent MEMBRÉ to Nicolas CHARLES
- Pull Request set to https://github.com/Normation/rudder/pull/394
- Status changed from Pending technical review to Pending release
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Subject changed from After updating Rule / creating Rule, the Rule category tree is reset to Selected Rule category should be changed to the category of the modified Rule

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.9.0~rc2, which was released today.
