Cannot delete active Technique library categories.

When trying to delete a category (empty) from the active Technique library in the Administration => Techniques panel, the deletion fails and the confirmation popup stays after confirmation. A red error appears at the right of the "Delete" button in "Category details" after closing the popup, saying "Error when deleting the categoy".
