Description
Log files created by the Rudder web interface have the permission "root/root", but the rotation rotate them to "root/adm"
It doesn't seem to block anything, however, it sounds weird to have different permission between the generated log files and the rotated log files

This is linked to how the java daemon is run on some distributions.
It is not configurable and does not seem important.
So we can't and won't fix it.
