We need a new type of report, sent by the agents, when nothing has to be done. Best example is the post modification hook: if we don't use it, we still have a Success reports, even if nothing was to be run
So we'd have a new report sent by agent, which would be result_noop, and displayed on the Web Interface as a No Op (or maybe a better name), with blue color

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.10.0~beta1, which was released today.

Actually, the report type is result_na, and it displays "Not Applicable"
