Too many Rules are displayed on the Home page ( 3 system Rules are included )

Description
Hello,
Update your rudder-server-root from 2.6.10 to 2.6.11 will show different number of created rules :
In the main page the displayed number of defined rules seems wrong (bigger than the real number)
In the rules web page the displayed number of rules is the correct one.

Now the number of rules displayed include also the system rules

Ok.
So there are 3 systems rules, why don't display them in the configuration policy ?

The correspond to internal Rudder machinery, and should not be modified in any case directly.
