Harmonize display of new parameters with others in 'Settings' page

Description
We need to improve the display of some options in the "Settings" page.
We need to adapt "Agent Schedule":- Align options
- Add style like other parameters
- Transform splaytime in two fields (Hour, Minute)
- Disavble "Hour" if no meaning (interval <= 1 hour)
- Rename "Submit" button to "Save changes"

- Checkboxes are not correctly aligned with their laber, fix it.
