When we are on the Rule scree, we don't have direct link from the Directive tree toward directive updates. But most of the time, we want to build a rule, and be able to change a directive from that screen.

So, add an "over" directive alike the "over" group allowing to add them into the rule, with an "update" icon.

Then, in a second step (and second ticket), add an "over" technique with an icon to redirect toward the "new directive" screen.
