Upgrade FusionInventory to version 2.3.6 (integration)

I think there is a missing piece here. We don't want to change the Fusion version for the whole 2.10 targeted OS (because it's a big change, and we don't want to make them in minor version), but only for Aix (the rationnal being that there wasn't any Aix package released, and that the Aix support with Fusion 2.2 never really worked (it's "alpha" level for now), and so just start Aix support for real with Fusion 2.3.

We just did a first pass on AIX, on version 2.10, because FusionInventory 2.2.* had some major issues there, and it's a newly supported platform.
Other 2.10 versions are still on the old 2.2.* version, no change there.
I'll create another subticket to upgrade all platforms to 2.3.* in Rudder 2.11.
