Description
If we hoover a "Not applied" status in the Rule Grid, in place of the explanation about why the rule is not applied, we get a copy of the line, which is absolutly not what we want.
Appears at least in 2.9 and 2.10.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 2.9.5 (announcement , changelog) and 2.10.1 (announcement , changelog), which were released today.
