Description

Upgrade to CFEngine 3.6 (integration)

See upper ticket.

Goal: Use CFEngine 3.6, with LMDB backend, unless some systems still require TokyoCabinet for compatibility reasons.

It is very unlikely that this is sufficient, since we want to use the new LMDB backend for CFEngine 3.6. This means removing TokyoCabinet dependencies and compilation, and replacing them by the equivalent ones for LMDB.

I've tested it on Debian, it's OK even if a new dependency is added. I need to test it on SLES and CentOS.
