Description
Add the "STORE_ALL_CENTRALIZED_LOGS_IN_FILE" as a system variable to hold the status of whether rsyslog should write execution reports in /var/log/rudder/reports/all.log or not.
The system variable must be a boolean with default value to TRUE, meaning "do write logs in the file".
