Description

As explained in #4720, the use of ignore_interfaces.st is possible so we should not remove it at each upgrade. In #4720, a minimal ignore_interfaces.st is added. Here we will remove itsupdate from rudder-upgrade.

My first idea was to add an "exclude" option to rsync but a possible case is that an user could never have ignore_interfaces.st
I have to add a check of the file before the rsync.

I'm closing that one as it is not supported until user story #4720 is implemented. Until then, users who temper with the system config should ensure that their modification are applied again after an update.
