Bug #3855: Rudder causes RHEL nodes to be blacklisted in RHN due to intensive yum usage

Description
A new package method called rudder_yum has been introduced by #3855, but this package method uses a flawed attribute (package_patch_installed_regex) that makes it fail.
This attribute needs to be removed.

The fix should go in 2.6, as the modification as been introduced in 2.6
