Description

In the same automatisation & industrialisation idea than in #4900, we could make Rudder server installation "zeroconf" (with overridable defaults)

- hostname: take rudder, or the first detected hostname
- network: use localhost, and other can be added in the UI afterward
- users: give the command to change/add/delete users, or allows to manage them in the UI

Clarifying the title: zeroconf is also the name of a network protocol suite, it was very confusing to read something like "make rudder server depend on zeroconf" at the first glance :)

Agree and this is very scary ;-)

Normation could have told us from the beginning they wanted to compete with Emacs ;-)
