Extend roles to have 5 roles in total: split rudder-ldap into rudder-inventory-ldap and rudder-inventory-endpoint

Description
It seems that we may want to deploy these two components separately, so everything should handle the case where they are separate.
Also, rudder-reports package should install a rudder-db file, for that role.
