Description

The agent depends on /sbin/ifconfig (hard coded inside). However, it is not on minimal installs (Redhat or Fedora), so we need to specify it as a dependency, otherwise the agent fails to start

Careful, rudder-agent-thin in 2.11 will need an update aferwards (patch will miss the new dependency)
