upgrade procedure in reference manual don't upgrade ncf

Description
The upgrade method says
yum update rudder*
and it leaves ncf behind .. it should say to update as well ncf* packages
- Target version changed from 2.10.4 to 2.10.5
Why is the package called ncf and not rudder-ncf?
- Target version changed from 2.10.5 to 2.10.6
- Target version changed from 2.10.6 to 2.10.7
- Target version changed from 2.10.7 to 2.10.8
- Status changed from New to In progress
- Assignee set to Matthieu CERDA
@Dennis: ncf is absolutely not rudder-specific, beeing a generic CFEngine framework :) (see http://www.ncf.io), therefore it has its own packaging without any rudder- prefix.
