Technique "Fstab Configuration": it empties all options with Rudder 2.11

Description
A change of implementation (or bug) in CFEngine 3.6 makes the technique Fstab not woring anymore on CFEngine 3.6
The cause is the getvalues not accepting multidimensionnal arrays as parameter
