Description
A Change Request containsa diff to know what is changed if validated but this is unreadable with a deleted Rule. The diff will display a kind of stacktrace which is not comprehensible.
It affects at least Rudder 2.11.1
- Target version changed from 2.11.2 to 2.11.3
- Target version changed from 2.11.3 to 2.11.4
- Target version changed from 2.11.4 to 2.11.5
- Priority changed from N/A to 2
I tried this on Rudder 3.0.0~beta1, but change request could not be created at all:
could not save change request Delete Rule Testing <- Couldn't find newly created entry when saving Change Request
Error when trying to save your modification <- could not save change request Delete Rule Testing <- Couldn't find newly created entry when saving Change Request
This may be a different issue of course, but it needs looking into ASAP.
- Target version changed from 2.11.5 to 2.11.6
- Status changed from New to In progress
- Target version changed from 2.11.6 to 2.10.9
- Status changed from In progress to Pending technical review
- Assignee changed from Vincent MEMBRÉ to François ARMAND
- Pull Request set to https://github.com/Normation/rudder/pull/786
- Status changed from Pending technical review to Pending release
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Target version changed from 2.10.9 to 2.10.10
- Category changed from Web - Config management to Web - Maintenance
