Description

In Rudder 2.11, in several (all ?) tables, some UI button/info are missing, like the dropdown allowing to select the number of entries (show ... entries) when searching nodes, or the information "displaying xxx on yyy entries" info.

Moreover, the user preference are not kept anymore, it seems that the cookies are not correctly retrievd (perhaps something to do with http://www.rudder-project.org/redmine/issues/4378 ?)

So, check on all tables that (at least node list (full list/search/group), rules, change requests):
- the dropdown for the number of entry per page is present;
- the label "Showing x to y of NN entries" is present;
- preferences are kept in consistent manners (for ex, if I chose the number of nodes I want in the compliance details popup, it is kept each time the pop-up opens, even in one other session).
