Description

A package can be installed by a Technique from Rudder or a metaTechnique created by ncf(-builder). The use of both of them to install the same package will lead to an "unknown" status. One of them will have two reports and will have the status 'unknown' and the other one will have 'no reports' status.

I suppose this is a related to #5389
