The bug reopened at CFEngine: https://dev.cfengine.com/issues/3395
The PR was reverted because of a failing test.
We made a new pull request to fix the test: https://github.com/cfengine/core/pull/1948
The new pull request is different from this one because CFEngine code has changed between 3.6.0 and master.
