The script list-compatible-inputs, copied from ncf, cannot be copied as the path is invalid

Description
We try to copy from /var/rudder/ncf/common/tree, which is not shared by the policy server, rather than /usr/share/ncf/tree/
The impact is that is does not copy the script to ncf (but we don't use it), but it create bad reporting
