Description

In the Rule Management there's a IE bug (Screenshot IE8) if you click on a category.

Message:
The server cannot be contacted at this time

This bug also occurs on IE11.

IE tested Versions:
- IE 8.0.7601.17514
- IE 11.0.12

Hm, What do you think about this FAR ? I know that we normally do not guarantee compatibility with deprecated IE versions (8) but we normally do support IE11.

Yes, IE 11 should work. I will try to reproduce it (perhaps it is not due to IE, but something else under the cover ?)

Alex, could you please give us some more information so that we are able to reproduce: (no luck on my install - but not a real windows,

- you have some categories and rules in them,
- on firefox, everything behave as it should: clicking on categories display rule for them, clicking on a rule lead to details on them, etc

And when do you see the "server can not be contacted" ? Just when you try to go on the page, when you click on category, on a rule ?

Any feedback would be very helpful.

Hi François,

sorry for the late response, I don't use IE nor Windows ;-)
The error occurred by clicking on a before defined "Category" or if one create a "New Category" (the Category won't be created).
