User story #5469: RHEL/CentOS 7 packages
RHEL/CentOS 7 support: Make the package SPECfiles RHEL7 compatible

Description
We adjusted the .dependencies files in the package definitions, but we now need to add them in the SPECfiles so we use the right dependencies in the packages to build and install :)
We also need to make sure the SPECfile scripts (pre/post un/install are el7 compatible)
