Description
When trying to save a Directive on a 2.12 snapshot, that contains errors (mandatory fields empty), the interface does not goes up to the error and stays in place, not moving. I get no feedback that something is wrong :)

Confirmed on Rudder 3.0.0~beta1:
The screen does scroll back up, just the message is in the wrong place. It should be moved down, to underneath the "Parameters" header.
