logger_rudder generates extra buggy reports

Description
When using ncf methods within "normal" techniques (not rudderified ncf techniques), extra buggy reports are generated.
This is because logger_rudder always considers a report to be read.
It uses getfields to read report lines and getfields always returns OK.
