Description

tooltip in directive form are displayed on the whole line, so you always see it when you edit your Section

The tooltip icon is also aligned on the right of the so you don't see it.

and it's an ugly blue icon, we should change it to a "bootstrap" one

We should put the tooltip only when hovering the icon, just on the right of the field label
