Description

The first step on the implementation for auto-enable of techniques is to auto add techniques discovered on library reload.

These techniques will be auto-added under the same category than their source one, so if some categories are missing in the active technique part, they must be created to.

In that ticket, we are dealing with the logic to add in the technique repository.
