Description

Here:

        cp $(CURDIR)/SOURCES/ rudder-relay-vhost.conf $(CURDIR)/BUILD/rudder-relay-vhost

This is a dh_install like condition, it is wrong...

Should be:

        cp $(CURDIR)/SOURCES/rudder-relay-vhost.conf $(CURDIR)/BUILD/rudder-relay-vhost
